a) The society shall work without discrimination of caste, creed, religion or sex for creating better living condition and social services, stronger community, cohesion improved employment opportunities and a more extensive realization of social justice, human freedom etc. b) To provide and coordinate avenues of community service for individuals, societies, clubs. Associations and companies and to enable people of all communities to gain successful experience in constructive group effort, self-help and mutual aid and in techniques of effective community action for Civic Social and Community Development. c) To achieve comprehensive and integrated planning in collaboration with official bodies and the representatives of each community whether possible, so as to meet the total needs of the populace and in particular to tackle the root causes of poverty, diseases, malnutrition illiteracy and social discord. d) To identify, stimulate and develop local initiative and leadership in each community and develop local potentiality of the deprived and under-developed communities or sections of communities with a view to achieving the actu8al and effective participation of the people in the areas, to carrying out the various activities of the Community Development Programme and to help combat every kind of exploitations of them. e) To create areas of understanding and co-operation between Community, Government, Industries and Service of Welfare Agencies, improving civic consciousness and means of communication, so that such Government and/or Civil Development Plans as are in harmony with the objects of the Society can be implemented with the active cooperation of the people. f) To co-operate as far as possible with Govt. Departments, Local Self Govt. Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly, Corporation, Municipality, Autonomous Agencies and other Public Agencies of India. g) To collaborate with Government or any other agencies or body at the discretion of the Organisation or the carrying out of specific assignments, Projects or Programmes in Community Development, participation in Development or in pursuance of any of the objects of the Organisation. h) To organize Study, Training Courses, Conferences, Seminars, Symposia, Workshops either directly or in collaboration with Competent Authority. For the training of staff and of people in various aspects community Organisation and Development, Social Work and Urban and Rural Development and associated activities or in any field of wok within the purview of Organisation. i) To work by direct participation or otherwise for the removal of social and other injustice and for constructive legislation when necessary for the maintenance of human dignity and the establishment of human rights. j) To carry out Educational, Health & Socio-Economical needs and well-being all persons particularly under privilege and weaker section of our country. k) To establish education centre for women, charitable hospital for working women organizing home for destite and needy womens. l) To carry out research surveys, studies and other investigation of social problems as necessary and to assemble and disseminate information as necessary of helpful for the fulfillment of any of the objectives of organization either directly or through competent agencies in the field. m) To acquire land and building for use the educational centre, free hospital, technical centre to the proper mental satisfaction of the members of the society. n) To publish such materials, articles, news letters, research papers, journals and other connected literature concerned with social welfare, community organization and any development work either directly or in collaboration with competent agencies. The above mentioned article will be distributed without any cost. o) To arrange for implementation of the organization programmes through other grass route voluntary organization or association or institutions as may be decided. p) To run informal education, literacy programme child labour centres, Primary Education Preparetory, Balwadi, Creach for the under privilege section. q) To open charitable hospital and promote medical education through development for the newly organized charitable hospital and medical school. r) To sponsore and help the poor and the needy student of all community to continue the studies. s) To take all measures to ensure health and welfare of the community in collaboration with Govt., Semi Govt. any foreign donor agency or any association or Bodies by promoting the existing scheme and sponsoring new ones or by drawing up innovation project, such as Non-formal Audit Education, Mother and Child Health, Family Welfare Nd Planning, special programmes for children, young women and old people, Aids and Leprosy Prevention Programme, after having perution from the competent authority. t) To care for the mentally and physically handicapped person and distribute leamps to them and to arrange treatment and rehabilitation for the physically handicapped and drug addicted person. u) To establish sanitary mart the people for use the renewable energy provided any government empower/empower will empower the society undertake such activities and also without profit making motive. v) To arrange Rally, Street Corner Mass Meeting, Postering for any type of development work. w) To establish Old age Home, Short Stay Home, day care Centre for destitude women, street children and orphanage and weaker and under previllege section of the society for their social security and justice without profit motive. x) To provide Ambulance for the sick Animal to admit in hospital for treatment and provide Ambulance for the sick people to admit in the hospital for treatment as a charitable purpose. y) To organize Vocational Training Centre and run Vocational Training Project in the Rural Area or centrally to develop the youth force by different types of training which help for employment and to establish a small business. z) To encourage grow more foods to use compost fertilizer and use of new method in agriculture. A1) To encourage village roads, digging ponds to control the floods, construct embankment bridge, rural hospital or health centre, irrigation system etc. A2) To support any type relief programme in natural calamity of India. A3) To construct, maintain, improve, develop and alter any building, house, or other works necessary or convenient for the use of society. A4) To do all such acts, deeds, maners and things as may be deemed incidental or conductive to the foregoing objects a) In relation to the promotion of literature, arts science or religion. i) To publish or promote the publishing of journals, books, magazines, etc. With the sole purpose of promotion of literature, arts, science or religion without any intention of making profit. ii) To promote, Demonstrate, Develop music, Dance, scientific experiments or arrange religious Discourses benifical or meant for the public at large. iii) To encourage through seminars, symposia workshops, panel Discussion, lectures, Debates etc. on casual or regular basis the promotion of literature, arts science of religion without the motive of making profit. b) In relation to any charitable purpose including the care of relief of orphans, or of aged, sick, helpless or indigent persons. i) To open shelters or houses for orphans for their refuge with the sole purpose of charity and without any motive of earning. ii) To support and donate in cash or in kind to Government, Semi-Government , Non-Government organizations which keep and support orphans as a regular activity. iii) To take all such courses as will directly or indirectly help the orphans to sustain and live like ordinary men and while taking any such course no motive other than, pure philanthropy will be encouraged. iv) To open rehabilitation centers, charitable dispensaries or small hospitals having obtained proper license from competent authorities to arrange accommodation, care and treatment of sick helpless or imdigent persons and will doing so charity will precede all other considerations. v) To open old age home for old menand women where the senior citizens shall feel at home and live with like minded associates without paying such exhorbitant fee as many resulting the making of profit in the hands of the organizers of the organizers of the old age home. vi) To support and donate in cash or in kind to the government Semi-Government or Non Government organisation that rehabilitate, arrange care and treatment as a regular activity of sick, helpless of indigent persons. vii) To open rehabilitation centers for mentally retarded children or victims of cerebral palsy physically handicapped children with arrangements of modern and scientific techniques for their education and training with the sole purpose of charity. viii) To engage attention and sympathy in the cause of the mentally retarded and physically handicapped person of all age group with a vies to successfully including in them the sense of self esteem as also with a view to educating the society as such to accept them as ordinary persons. ix) To educated people to allow mentally damaged people o live with the relatives and friends as for as practicable and to engage them in different walks of life commensurate with their worth and ability. x) To support and donate in cash or in kind to the Government, Semi-Government or Non-Government organization working in the fields of welfare of mentally reterted mentally damaged and physically handicapped person as regular paralise. xi) To work benevolently in other areas of diseases and sufferings viz, thalasemia, cancer etc. and promote research and development in such fields with the sole mission of charity. c) In relations to the allegation of the sufferings of the animals i) To promote sympathy of people and educate and train up people in the matters of unkind handling of animals such as street dogs, stray cows and other animals and also such animals meant for butchery in the market place. ii) To open free clinics and centres of treatment of animals and promote research in the matters of relief for sufferings and pains of animals with the sole object of extending kindness to animals and not of earings. iii) To support or extend financial help to the centres managed by any Government, Semi-Government or Non-Government organization , which take as a regular activity, courses for allegation of the sufferings of animals. d)In relation to the diffusion of knowledge. i) To establish, run, maintain, manage or support Primary School the pattern of formal education or such other educational houses or institution in the form of non-formal education. Gurukul jol and the like subject to the approval, permission, licence, affilation of the Govt. or any other appropriate authority to the extant applicable and while doing so, philanthropy shall be the only mission. ii) To arrange lectures, debates, discussions and organize workshops, seminars symposia etc. on a regular or occasional basis on various educational subjects of interest for different groups and classes of persons with the ultimate object of diffusion of knowledge and while doing so, no business interest shall prevail. iii)To arrange financial help to the needy students in their prosecuting studies, award scholarships prizes give books and other aid as a philanthropic mission. iv) To organize students hostel for students hailing from families below proverty line or very poor stratum with the sole objective of supporting meritorious poor students as a mission of charity and not for making profit. v) To establish harmonious teacher-students relationship by restoring to such activities, and by taking up such projects as ae within the scope of section 4(2) of then W.B. Societies Registation Act. 1961, and by which promotion of knowledge shall be up held to the real meaning of term. vi) To help or support gererously in the activities of the Govt.. Semi-Govt. or Non-Government organizations deffusion of knowledge as a regular programme. c) In relation to the dissemination of social, political or economic education. i) To Promote institutions which disseminate social, political or economic education by way of )financial help, consultancy and supply of information and data without any business motive. ii) To open such institutions which shall be the centres of learning in the fields of social, political or economic education and which shall produce quality human resources to the best interest of the nation as a whole and the opening such institution shall not be for ay business motive but for fartherence of social, political and economic consciousness of the people. f) In relation to the establishment and maintenance of libraries or reading rooms for the members or for the public. i) To establish libraties with a view to inspring people to study various subjects and become aware of various branches of knowledge so as to grow in them the reading habit and revive the precious sources of knowledge from old books and documents. ii) To equipe the library with modern gadgets like computer with internet facility provide dicices to make the library a centre of special interest to children. iii) To maintain reading rooms jfor members of the association and for general publish and to make available for reading news papers, periodicals journals, magazines and books. g) In relation to the collection and preservation of manuscripts, painting, sculptures, works of art, antiquities natural history specimens mechanical and scientific instruments and deigns. i) To relation to the collection and preserve old precious manuscripts of high literary value and provide knowledge of development of inscriptions for furtherance of research in the related subject. ii) To collect and preserve old and precious paintings, scuilptures, works of art antiquities and display them with a view to providing scope to the interested artists of the present generation to intermingle the past and the present in the from of art and thereby open up a new generation in the fields of art. iii) To collect and preserve natural history specimens such as coins with various inscriptions, stones and metals with eulogy and other specimens of archeological and historical importance for furtherance of historical research. iv) To collect and preserve mechanical and scientific instruments, designs, blueprints etc, so that the study there of helps in designing or making new instruments suited to the modern day requirement. h) Others Objects : i) To take up any other objects as may not specifically resemble the foregoing objects but which shall not be in contrast with the provision of section 4(2) of the Act. The underlying purpose of being philanthropy. ii ) To resort to all other activities which are incidental , ancillary and complementary to the foregoing objects. Declarations : A. The association shall not take up any object for the purpose of earning of its members. B. The objects shall always remain restricted within the scope of section 4(2) of the Act. 1961 C. The refuge of the W.B. Societies Registration Act. 1961 shall not be taken to avoid application of and registration under Acts. Whether required , such as Apartment ownership Act. , W.B. Co-operative Societies Act. Etc. D. The income generated from the association or properties built of the association’s fund shall not be utilised for comsumption of or dristibution aongest members of the association and these shall be ploughed back to the acivities of the association in their entirety for the furtherance and fulfillment of the object of the association.
